My name is Liliana Favila, and I go by Ms. Lily. I have been studying counseling for over 3 years, working closely with various demographics of students to ensure academic and social emotional success. I am dedicated to serving students through school counseling, providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where every child feels seen and valued. My counseling philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach, recognizing that each student’s academic, social, and emotional growth are deeply connected. I strive to meet students where they are, honoring their unique strengths and challenges, while empowering them with tools to thrive both inside and outside of the classroom. Additionally, I strive to create a partnership among families and the community ensuring student success. Your student’s success is a shared journey, and by working closely with you and your student, we can support not only their academic growth but also their social and emotional well-being.
